Kate Gosselin: I'm in the Best Shape of My Life
She flaunted her body after (eight!) babies on the last season of Dancing with the Stars. But it turns out Kate Gosselin was just getting warmed up.
At 35, the reality TV mom says she is now "the most fit I've ever been." How? She credits near-daily runs outside her Wernersville, Penn., home – and she's not afraid to show off the results.
"I've worked really hard!" she tells PEOPLE in this week's cover story. "Haven't I earned the right, at this point, to look good?"
While the single mom shoots down incessant tabloid reports linking her to her bodyguard – "It's just absurd," Gosselin says – she does hope her new body will turn some heads. "I'm waiting for Mr. Right. It would be nice if somebody noticed me, sure!"

did you see her stomach before the tummy tuck, it was needed. I think it was an ability to be comfortable as well as vanity. And who doesn't have fake boobs these days...

All the mags airbrush everyone. I don't really follow dancing with the stars but the handful of interviews I saw/read from other celebrities all said it was a killer workout and that they got into incredible shape during the show.

i was watching kate plus 8 last night (only bc there was nothing else on and i couldnt sleep  ) and they were at some beach house and they visited a lighthouse and i thought her body was insane amazing...
yes plastic surgery does wonders BUT you still have to maintain it. i know 2 people who have gotten a tummy tuck and lipo and they both gained it ALL back. so surgery helps but you can't be lazy afterwards or else you'll end up where you were to start. kate def works out and it shows.

even after having some surgery, im sure its still hard to keep up with having an awesome body. its easy to let yourself go and give in to all the temptations.I think she looks great!

I have to admit she looks amazing!! I remember one of the first John and Kate episodes, and how she looked then. She looks like a completely different person and younger then she did 7 years ago.
She needed a tummy tuck. No amount of excersie would of brought that stomach back to normal.
I still can't stand her though as a person.

That's right kids being in school is different, there is no reason a mom who is a full time/SAHM whose kids are in school should be overweight and not in shape!

Say what you want about her, but she looks damn good IMO...I know people who have had plastic surgery and not maintained it as she has.
