This is so horrible I can't even imagine what you and your family are going through! Thoughts and prayers go to you, your nephew, your family and brother. Think positive!
My prayers are with you and your family in this difficult time. I will pray your brother will be okay. Be strong and know that we are all here for you. I may not know you personally, and realize some of us do not but know that we would be here for you if you needed us at the drop of a dime. I can say that personally.
