Keyspan balanced billing
When i set up the account for our new house I asked for balance billing but I'm not sure they are doing it......does your bill actually say balanced billing? They also estimated my first bill so its hard to tell what it should actually be.

i just signed up for this - just in time too since dec. bills haven't gone out. woo hoo.
they told me they read the meter every other month and if its off by more than 10% they adjust accordingly.

You have to sign up again. You can do it online in your account or over the phone.
I said that when I first set up our new account, but that apparently wasn't enough b/c it didn't show up on my first two bills. Either call or sign up again online.
