Kids around 3 years old-- what's their "big" Christmas gift this year?
Just looking for ideas....not that it has to be overly expensive, just a "wow!" gift to be unwrapped in front of the tree from Santa Christmas morning.

DS is all about Toy Story, so I got him Buzz and Woody. I couldn't think of anything "big" but I know he'll love them. It gets so hard!

Did you pick a scooter yet? Only asking b/c I got DD the pink Radio Flyer plastic one for her 3rd b-day and she LOVES it...she wheels all around the house on it, turns super fast, etc...it's really sturdy. We got a red one for my 2 year old nephew who loves it too. Just an FYI.

DD is 2.5
we got her the FP loving family doll house and a few pieces. that is her bigger gift from us. she also got a few dress up outfits to play with.

Her big gift is the FP Loving Family Dollhouse with all the furniture (from my parents). So far I got her a vanity from Step 2.

my son is obbessed with toy story too. he wanted a desk so i bought him a toy story kids desk from wallmart.. he is going to be so excited!!

We got him a bunch of the imaginext playhouses. He is getting the firehouse and the Toy Story dump with the crane. (Obsessed with the crane from the movie.)
I want to get him the Smart Cycle, but DH said no. So when MIL asked what to get him for Christmas I said the Smart Cycle.

Yep, got the red Radio Flyer! He is going to flip out. My next door neighbor (before we moved) had it and when we used to go over there to play Landon would hog the scooter the whole time.

We celebrate Hanukkah so I buy each at least 8 presents. I guess the big ones are the 100 magna tiles and leapster explorer with camera and 3 games. Also got the oceanliner imaginext, a doctors kit, lite brite, a 4 lane ramp for his cars, some old mcdonald board game, crafts, toy story dominos, a new pack of squinkies (he LOVES these!), 2 leap frog math dvds.

it seems girlie but ds saw a friends and liked it. ds has the gumball machine and it comes with these little plastic balls that have soft animals or kids inside them. he can play with it forever. they're cheap but so hard to find bc they're sold out everywhere. i get them for a few dollars more on amazon.
