This has to be fake. I didn't receive the hard copy of my daughters Birth Cert until like 1 to 2 months later. There is no way this was produced this fast. It has to be filed with the state then mailed out.
ETA: And to be honest if I was them I would be doing the same thing to watch the world comment and make fun of stupid names. All this hype over a name they are def laughing. I don;t know them, but i can't see them naming their kid North.

What the heck!! What's with all the possible names. Well I hope the new name is actually the babies name.
Maybe they really did name the baby North and after reading all he negative comments on the Internet, they changed their mind. Just a thought

It does. I got DS's a week after he was born, just had to go to the county office to get it.

I just had ds 7 weeks ago and i got his bc in the mail in 2 weeks same with ss card one came a day after the other

HATE the name. The only thing that would've been worse is if they had named her West West.
Also, isn't Nori the seaweed they wrap around sushi? How on earth could they have thought it was cute-beyond me.

I think someone in the office that issued the certificate like leaked it for some $$. It can be done pretty fast, especially if you know you will be selling it to media outlets, I bet they expedited it quite fast.
We got my DD's birth certificate in a week and it was dated just a few days after her burth

When I saw the update to the title of the thread I thought that was the name: Not North West.
They are stupid, Im so over them. I think all this name hype and different names was created by the kardashian clan. This is the birth of your child, why make it a spectacle.
And the name is ridiculous, name the baby Nori. I don't get it.
My BIL named his Luis Ivan but calls him Ivan from birth and that's it. So why not name the baby Ivan Luis, my other cousin did the same thing.

I think I'm the only person who doesn't hate it lol. Ok, I don't like it with the last name but I don't think North is horrible. Compared to all the other awful celeb names, I think it's decent. I just really wish it wasn't paired with West, now that's stupid.
Of course, who knows (or really even cares for that matter) what the name really is. This is all so dumb.
