it could be a few differant things, was it streaks of it in a little amount, is so then it was that you coughed a little to hard and it ripped in the esophagus.
if it was more then that, and i do not mean to scare you but i would call a dr and get it looked at feel better

It was a small amount of blood. I haven't been coughing. But one of my glands is pretty swollen and tender.
