kinda bummed- invited to other kids parties related
dont know if its my hormones from being pregnant or not but we were at preschool playgorup today and the moms that i am friendly with for over a year were talking about their kids 2nd birthday. one mom was talking about having 2 parties becuase she has 30 kids and another mom was talking about her party. she invited some kids from our class and my daughter was not one of them. we go to 3 playgroups a week with these kids and felt kinda slighted. i know i shouldnt but its so clicky and it bothers me that olivia wasnt invited. thanks for letting me vent.

You should ask her where your invite is. If she had the gall to talk about it in front of you...you should mention it to her, or just turn up! Thats sounds like a good idea too!!!

That's pretty rude she was talking about it infront of you and didnt invite you. Maybe she thinks she invited you.

That is so rude... Moms should know better not to talk about parties in front of people they do not invite...
At our school, it is an unwritten rule that you invite the entire class.. You are only allowed to bring invites to be handed out in class if you invite th entire class and the invites are given to the teacher and are put straight into their book bags.. If you decide not to invite all the kids then you sen it in the mail...
It doesn't surprised me this happened in this day and age but it still wasn't right...

I agree, thats rude she talked about it infront of you .. Did she say she sent out the invites yet? Maybe she didnt yet. and your dd is invited.

the kids party was last weekend one of the kids and the other moms party is this coming weekend. i didnt say anything it happened at the beginning of class and i was kinda bummed the rest of class.
