Re: Kinda early - but what's for dinner?

I finally broke out my crock pot that I got for my shower and am making spaghetti sauce. I wanted to stay with something simple the first time so I can be my own critique.

Re: Kinda early - but what's for dinner?

linguini w/white clam sauce. I usually make clam sauce fresh, but tonight, it's Progresso clam sauce, which isn't bad when doctored up!

Re: Kinda early - but what's for dinner?

no cream of mushroom ... lots of beans and broth though ...

We didn't shop this week. In the fridge, I have 2 white potatoes, 1 sweet potato and green bell peppers. Maybe combine the above with the chiciken breasts ... put sofrito on the bottom of the pan, sprinkle adobo, sazon and bake? That could work. I really am bare at home ..

Leftovers from our crockpot meal yesterday. I'm getting home toooooo late to cook, so this works out perfectly.

Going to try and make a meatloaf (sil's recipe). Instead of beef I am going to use ground turkey.
