sauteed garlic and onion with some diced tomatoes and broccolli thrown over some bow tie pasta.
And texas toast of course

turkey meatloaf and I made more butternut squash "fries", although from the looks of my swollen, hive-y lips, it appears I'm allergic to butternut squash

Update: Meatloaf came out really good! DH really liked it too.
