Kinda Gross...Poop Question
Sorry - this is kind of gross but I need to ask:
What should a 4-month old's poop look like? Lucas had a hard greenish stool this morning and I'm just not sure if that's okay and/or if I should do something to help him.
Thanks!
ETA: No solid foods yet - just BM and formula.

Re: Kinda Gross...Poop Question
Gracelyn is 3 mo. & had a sort of hard stool last week & it was the first time & she's drinking bm. I was a bit worried, but friends said its normal that her system is changing, getting more developed.

Re: Kinda Gross...Poop Question
I found that Emily's poop was always changing. I wouldn't worry too much. If you start finding that it seems as if he is struggling, maybe give a call into the Ped., but if it is coming out OK I think it is normal for it to look different from time to time.

I agree. The only color I would be wary of is a lot blood.

Re: Kinda Gross...Poop Question
Emma's poop is different all the time. One day it's really runny, one day it's like toothpaste and one day it will be hard and formed!
