Kindergarten Parent Presentation/Orientation Question..
DD is starting Kindergarten in the Fall and I just got a letter about an upcoming Kindergarten Parent Presentation. Do I bring my Kindergartener with me or is this just for parents? TIA

I would all the school for clarification but I'm pretty sure For most school districts Kindergarten orientation is for the children to see their new school/ take a ride on the bus etc... The SD I work for separates the parents from the children, the parents go into the auditorium for a presentation and the children go into classrooms. Then they are reunited at the end. The SD I live in has separate orientations for parents and the children on 2 different days.

I'd call the school to clarify - Our K orientation was the same day as the kids - so they went to one room, and the parents went to the cafeteria.
But every school does it differently.

But every school does it differently.
This. In our school the kids went to the Kindergarten rooms to take part in some fun activities and the parents had their meeting in the auditorium.
