kindergarteners and the SmartBoard?
How well can they use it? I am going to the primary school for Kindergarten special area this year and have a ton of ideas for them and the SB. All classrooms have smartboards, so I guess classroom teachers will be demonstrating, but how much difficulty will they have in the beginning?

They will really surprise you. Kids are so technilogically savy these days. I taugt K and used it all the time.

I use my smartboard all the time and I teach first grade. They really get the hang of it fast. We spend a few days going over the rules and how to use it, and they are great with it.

We have Smartboards in every classroom and like a PP said, you'll be surprised at how savvy the kids are.
Overall, once we got the SB's the teachers felt the students were more engaged during lessons.

thanks everyone! I just made up 10 SB lessons today! I probably won't get to it until the last week of Septmeber or October, but now I'm excited.
