I get to use mine for the first time tomorrow to make cheesecake. I used my moms before that. She uses it for mashed potatoes and they come out so good.

I regifted mine Took up to much space. I just use a hand mixer now.

I haven't used it for alot of things yet, but I've used it to make cream brulee mixture, and DH uses it all the time to make whipped cream

I have this book - it's called the cookie bible or something. I am going to start makin cookies and break out the big kitchen aid mixer I have yet to use since the shower!
I'm very excited about using it!!!!!!!
