Kitchen Appliance Brands..... WWYD?
so now we are looking into the appliances..
we went to PC richards yesterday and liked the LG appliances.. great prices, good deal.. etc..
BUT, then i go to the customer reviews from other websites.. and some of the LG appliances got a good amount of complaints.. i'd say it was half and half..
WWYD? get them anyway?
or can you recomend a brand that you cant go wrong with? i have no idea! this is not easy!

I don't think there is any brand out there that you can't go wrong with.
I know people who have LG appliances and are happy with them.
We have an Amana fridge and a Maytag dishwasher. I think our oven is Whirlpool (came with the house). I'm happy with them all (Amana, Maytag and Whirlpool are all made by the same company).
Check out Consumer Reports - I found that helpful when we were doing our search - I got the info from the library.

Consumer Reports would be the way to go, if you are finding it hard to make a decision. There is no right answer really. There is always going to be someone that isn't happy with a product but a lot of people that are happy with the same product. We have LG Dishwasher, KitchenAid Frid, Boche Stove and GE Microwave. We love them all. So far so good, no complaints about them. GL!

I second this - this is where my info came from (ok, so my MIL works there and is in charge of magazines so she got it for me).
