knee questions
I have been working out for 4 weeks straight, 6 days a week. I do interval training on the elliptical M, W, F and couch to 5 k and elliptical T th and sat. Yesterday and today I have felt pain or discomfort not on my knee but on the inside by where your thigh would be (but not my thigh/my knee). It doesn't hurt when I am exercising but when I am on the floor playing with my son or getting up and down. Any suggestions what this could be? It's not pain persay but it is discomfort!

knee questions
Are your thigh muscles tight? If so I would do some stretching that targets that area. I have terrible knees and need to stretch a lot.
