My boobs never leaked when I was PG with DS and I've BFed over a year-- so there's really nothing to worry about.
Also, if you leak it's colostrum, not milk. Your milk doesn't come in until after the baby is born.

I never leaked. I started producing colostrum after DS was born. I had to supplement with formula when he was in the NICU for dehydration, but once my milk came in (by day 4), I was fine. I'm EBFing.
