Ladies who drink raspberry leaf tea
I was looking to buy this today at the supermarket but all I saw was reaspberry tea, nothing that said raspberry LEAF tea. Is ther a difference?
What brand do you drink? And where do you get it?

ok so red raspberry leaf tea is supposed to give you a healthy reproductive system. I have to say that I think drinking it has been what has made my very irregular cycles somewhat regular(meaning every month).
I buy celebrations brand I get it from whole foods. There are other brands but I was told that this is the brand that is the most potent and is referred by most holistic Drs. So I continue to buy it because of the effect I think it has had on my body.
Make sure that you use filtered water to boil and you steep the tea bag for at least 10 minutes before drinking it.

Raspberry tea is just regular tea made from regular tea leaves with artificial raspberry flavoring (like how you can get peach tea, vanilla tea, etc.)
If you want the tea that's supposed to strengthen your uterine lining, you want Red Raspberry Leaf Tea. It's actually made from raspberry leaves, not from tea leaves. I bought this:

This is the one I bought too. I got it at whole foods. I think it was like 8.99 or something close to that.

I know that Waldbaums carries the brand "Traditional Medicinals" because I buy one of their teas from time to time. I just checked and they have a "Red Raspberry Leaf" one. I'm not sure if Waldbaums sells the red raspberry leaf one, but I'll check it out for you and get back to you later today. ;) They are usually around 4.50 a box.

I bought the Alvita brand at Vitamin Shoppe and natural food stores (I go to Wild By Nature in Huntington).
I drank 2-3 cups a day for 2 months before my BFP (after just about 7 months of no luck). I also paired it with other natural aids, but I can't help but feel it contributed. Definitely worth a shot!
