Raspberry Leaf Tea
Is it ok to drink during 2WW? I have been drinking when AF comes and up until O, but I'm not sure if I should continue throughout the 2WW.

I also drink red raspberry leaf tea but I don't drink it during the 2ww because it is used to bring on labor in pregnant women

I've heard mixed things about it during the 2ww / 1st trimester in general so I wouldn't chance it, just for peace of mind.

I drank it under my acupuncturists instructions...
I think i drank it throughout since it's supposed to strengthen the uterus. once I found out I was pg I stopped.
