Ladies who shop online all the time...
I don't know how people buy clothes online...
Between waiting for the stuff to arrive, sending it back when it doesn't fit right, not knowing what size to order in the 1st place, paying for shipping, not being able to examine the quality / color / fabric / shape in person... online shopping drives me insane.
Anyone with me?
Maybe I'm just frustrated because I ordered a bunch of stuff recently and none of it fits right.

i have this problem all the time too, i order a bunch of stuff and end up returning about half of it it is so frustrating

that's why I very rarely buy online. I like to feel the quality of the fabric and try things on.

This is why I only buy things online if I've already tried it in a store, but they didnt have the color I wanted, or its a bag or something that doesnt involve fit.

i buy online ALL the time. pretty much have to know your measurements or the brand. although i do send a good deal back, i am careful where i shop and 95% of the time only buy if free shipping is offered.

I only buy online from stores that I know my sizing/quality of items well or if I've tried it on in the store and they just didn't have my size. I also find a lot of online places will help you with sizing.....I had to buy a JCrew dress that they only sold online, so I called up and spoke to them and they were so helpful in figuring out which dress worked for my body type

I really can't shop on line- expect for VS bathing suits - but I own at least 10 of them- all the same size

I agree with other ladies. I only order from companies whose products I have already seen in a store and maybe they didn't have what I wanted in the right size/color.
I also tend to order from places that offer free returns or returns to their stores. Gap, JCrew, Ann Taylor all allow returns to the store.

i do a ton of online shopping and I know my size and the fit of the clothing in the stores that I frequently shop online for if it doesnt fit i take it back to the store or send it back by overnight mail. About 98% of the clothes I keep though.

Same here. I do wind up sending a lot of stuff back and eating the shipping cost, but to me it's worth it not to have to go to an actual clothing store.

I like to live on the edge 
I only buy if it's free shipping or free returns. If not, I make sure I can return in the store.
I acutally like to "over" order online. That way I can take my time at home in MY mirrors and see how things really look. I do this a lot with shoes also. I'll buy several pairs, as opposed to the one or 2 I might purchase in the store, just to send some back (of course only if I have free returns).

I buy online constantly, mostly shirts, shoes and dresses. I never buy pants online. Usually I can find codes for free shipping, and sometimes if I am ordering from out of state there is no sales tax! Also there are alot of promotional codes floating around, so I end up paying less online than in stores. Alot of places offer free returns or flat rate returns, but I would say I return maybe 5% of everything I order.
