Lamaze without birth coach? wwyd
Hey guys. Im planning on having my mom be my birth coach. DH is not into the birth experience at all (lol) and prefers to be in charge of child care for our DS1 and take more of a spectator role at the hospital. Mom is coming from Fla when Im 38 weeks. I want her to come earlier but she is being a... piece of work. I want to take a private, one-day lamaze class at my home. Would you do the class with DH even though he is totally not into it and will probably be annoying the whole class (lol) and also likely not going to be the coach on DDAY? Or schedule the class for after 38 weeks so that mom can attend? My water broke with DS1 at 38 w 4 days. Im 33 weeks right now. TIA

Hmm that's tough. Can you have another relative fill in for mom? Sister maybe? I just feel like if my Husband was going to annoying during it then I wouldn't want him there at all, it would stress me out!
