We always ate breakfast at our hotel, we stayed at Eden and they had a sit down and buffet optiom ( not sure buffets are a thing anymore though due to Covid rules)
For dinner we'd go across the street to Carrabas and they have an Outback there too.
Also Lancaster Brewing Company is great food and very kid friendly.
I hear there is an Iron Hill Brewery in Lancaster that is very good too. I've only been to the one in Hershey but it was great and I imagine they are the same
There is also Cracker Barrel

Kling house in kitchen kettle village, Rachel’s creperie in downtown (I guess?) Lancaster.
