Landscaping costs - is this reasonable?

Landscaping costs - is this reasonable?
Here's the outline of a quote we received for putting our yard back together --- seems high to me, considering we have less than 0.10 acre and most of it is taken up by the house --- any thoughts?
Rehanging a fence around perimeter of back yard (45' x 80' --- does not include fence price) $1500
Regrade w/30 yards topsoil $1200
Removal and reinstall of driveway (removing one that is 5' x ~25' and reinstalling one with round stones at 12' x ~15') $850
Removal of six arbor vitae and stumps $600
Seems high to me, maybe I'm just cheap and want DH and his friends to do it....

Seems high to me, maybe I'm just cheap and want DH and his friends to do it....
Agree with this - driveway price seems fair, but the other things can easily be done by DH and friends.

i would pay to have trees and stumps removed and the driveway, all the rest i think can be done by DH and friends with a case of beer and pizza

Agree with this - driveway price seems fair, but the other things can easily be done by DH and friends.
30 cubic yards of topsoil is a LOT of dirt and a lot of work with the wheelbarrow. Not something easily done.

I think we're going to go ahead with this quote -- I realized DH (and his friends) still have other projects to be done before November. (finish the deck/pergola along with the front porch, build shelving in the new storage areas, paint the new rooms downstairs -- nevermind re-locating our trees/shrubs/plantings).
Thanks for the input -- I'm looking forward to someone ELSE doing some of the work =)
