Laptop for a 9 year old
My Son's birthday is coming up and he keeps asking for a laptop. He uses Chrome books in school so I am guessing it would be helpful for school work if not now, down the line.
Any recommendation on what to get?
He plays video games, nothing crazy Roblox for the most part so I am sure he will use for that also.

Walmart has pretty cheap laptops ~$100. That's what I bought my DS. A little slow, but does the job.

Laptop for a 9 year old
HP Chrome Book is good. I got my daughter one on Amazon for like $225. She does play Roblox and Minecraft on it, does her homework, etc. I got her a nice white one.

Laptop for a 9 year old
When DD was 9 we got her an HP laptop cost us about $250. She's 11 now going on 12 and it's still working pretty good. Same scenario as you, games, roblox ocassional web browsing.
