Las Vegas review

US Airways: Got a good 4 day/night deal for air and hotel on this website. But their seats have the least amount of recline I've ever seen.

Bellagio: A really gorgeous hotel! We had a fountain facing room on the 19th floor. Watching the fountains at night was really something. The hotel is really clean, bright and airy. Even though smoking is allowed in the casino, it isn't nearly as smokey as I thought it would be. Pools are gorgeous, with plenty of chairs available.

Restaurants at the Bellagio:

Noodles (Asian food), Pool cafe (burgers & wings), Jean Philippe Patisserie (ham and cheese croissants), indoor cafe (good salads) were all pretty good.

Buffet: Disclaimer- I'm usually anti-buffet. That being said, the Bellagio does a fairly good job. Veggies aren't mushy and dishes were replaced often. It was a bit hit or miss though, the ribs were dry, some of the seafood overcooked. Flank steak, sauteed mushrooms and creamed spinach were all pretty tasty.

We took a plane ride over the Grand Canyon with Scenic Airlines It's a great way to see the Grand Canyon without spending a whole day on it.

Also went to see The Bodies Exhibit at the Luxor, with discount tickets from tix 4 tonight. They have locations along the strip.

Other than that, we walked the Strip and hung out at the pool. I just wanted to relax.

May was a great time to go. Cool in the morning, hot for the pool in the afternoon, and warm enough for walking at night.

Looks like you had a great time. We are actually heading to Vegas this weekend, and thank you for mentioning where to get discount tix for Bodies. Some of our friends were on the fence about this, but if there is a discount they'll go! Thanks again

Great review! I love the Bellagio!
