Lasagna?
So may be a silly question, but...
For Christmas I made an exttra tray of lasagna and froze it. Now I would like to make it this weekend. So the question is do I need to defrost first by leaving out then heat up or do I simply pop in the oven frozen? If so, how long do you think it would take to heat up?

I would let it thaw out for at least a half hour.
Then it should take about an hour or so to be hot. Just put a toothpick in the middle to check the temp.

i would definitely thaw it out for a bit. Ive put them in the oven frozen and they take forever to cook and/or the middle is cold!

I would put it in the fridge overnight to let it thaw first.
