LASIK Surgery....were you able to go to work the next day???

I didn't have it- but a girl in my mom's office just had had- and she was definitely not allowed to drive the next day.

No.
ETA: I had it done on a Friday and I think I worked from home on Monday and Tuesday.

My husband did! He had the surgery around 7 at night, then went to work the next day-drove himself. (1 hour commute each way). He uses a computer all day, he said his eyes were tired, but he was able to see just fine.

I don't remember if it was the Dr.'s recommendation or just me being cautious, but I did not drive to work the next day. I waited until the day after that.

I got mine one on a Thursday mornng and by the next day I was driving. I did however need to wear sunglasses the first few days because my eyes were very sensetive to the light

yes you can. but youll need those big honking glasses that go all around your eyes. theyll be a little sensitive. but youll see GREAT!!
