UPDATE
I had my BW done and got my results today!
Beta 788 and Progesterone 53.
This was for 16dpiui. I go in again on Wednesday for my 2nd beta. I'm interested to see how the numbers rise, because right now (from what DH and I have researched), it seems on the high side. We're just ecstatic that it's a good number, i was so scared that it was all just a big mistake. 
UPDATE #2
18dpiui results:
Beta 1873 and Progesterone 53.7!! We have our PG sono set up for 12/22 (which now seems so far away!). I think my beta seems kind of high, and it multiplied about 2.4X since the first beta at 16dpiui, could that be an indication of twins? I know only the sono can confirm it, but i have 2 weeks to obsess over this now
I'm so happy right now. This morning when i got home, i wrote down the minimum beta# that it needed to be to be a viable pregnancy. I was so scared and thought that when they told me the # that it was going to be below that. It just doesn't seem real, after all these months of trying.
LAST UPDATE
Went for the sono today and saw ONE healthy little heartbeat. 
I can't thank you all enough for all of your help and support throughout this process.

It's probably because the doctors call with the beta results. So maybe not calling patients on a weekend gives them a break?

If you are doing IVF, they give you a set date to come in for your Beta. Not sure how it works with IUI.

They only do betas on certain days of the week... possibly Mon, Wed, Fri or something like that I think. HTH.

Beta's are normally only on Mon., Wed. and Friday there. Unless you are having a chemical or something else unusual.
It makes it easier for their monitoring, because they also don't do beta's every 2 days...you have to wait a week.

They have limited staff, limited office hours and on Sunday (maybe Saturday too, I can't remember), only one office is open. It's crazy enough in there with all the monitoring. Beta's aren't necessary to do on the weekends.

I didn't think that they only did them on certain days of the week, but it makes alot of sense.
