Yeah probably Wal-mart or Target.
I also just tend to use those huge shopping bags and fabric laundry bags.
I have gotten the big plastic shopping bags at Marshalls and I know the dollar store also has fabric laundry bags.

The cheap ones tend to break faster and can snag clothing if the plastic is rough on the inside. I like the Rubbermaid ones that curve on one side Hip Hugger to make carrying easier.
Nowadays, I use the blue plastic bags from Ikea. Easier for me to carry to and from the laundry room, as I've got to navigate stairs.
