I take Zoloft everyday for anxiety and Klonopin when I really need it.

Re: Let's be serious for a moment
I battled with eating disorders since I was a child. All throughout high school and college it was on and off again depending on stress and my self control. I battled it on my own and started seeing a nutritionist and a trainer at the gym. They are on my a$$ to make sure I stay on track. I have gotten stronger on my own and know what triggers it. I was up front with DH when we met 6 years ago and he is a major help. It is a hard road to conquer but it is one that millions of women go through everyday. Being PG has been tough as well but I know the weight I have gained is for the ultimate purpose and the well being of my precious little girl. I know that when this is all over I can go back to the gym loose the extra weight in a healthy matter. I have found once you are a mom your little one is the only one that really matters and they love you no matter what you look like.

Re: Let's be serious for a moment
After my daughter, I started taking meds for anxiety/depression. I tried out 3 or 4 different ones. I have to say I really felt great when I was taking paxil but I put weight on. After being off meds for about 6 months and without dieting, I lost 30lbs.(just about down to my pre-pregnancy weight) If I wasn't so worried that I'm going to gain weight....some days I think I would feel alot better being on something again
