I just think it's nice hearing I'm not alone in a lot of my expectations, hopes, and worries. I really appreciate the FMs about our potential move to Chicago. I was scared and nervous, and you guys sensed that in my words and tried to help me see both sides and feel better about it. I really appreciate that. So, I don't know anyone, really...but here's some items:

Daniela and Nov04libride: I got the chance to meet these two beautiful girls for dinner recently, and thought they were sweet and sincere and I hope to see them again.

Christy! We went to H/S together. She has always been so nice.

JozieB: I met her at a wedding, but we didn't know about LIF and that we were both on it and that we had "friends" in common. She's so nice and classy, and I hope to "meet" her again soon.

Johnsae: I really feel like I know Alicia. Whether she's writing about fashion, celebs, herself, or anything, I always want to read it because I just get her and like her. And I love her wedding pics!

Pork Chop: Seems incredibly cool and fun. And she and DH take the cutest pics.

Aliasmom: I feel connected to her and just think she's a doll.

Red: Admire her sass and spunk and think she's really sweet.

EvaLuna: I've "known" Sash since the Knot and just admire her strength and class.......

MelTodd (Melissa)....She invited me to come over and play ( our kids, that is ), has included me in her mommy group and I think she is the best person ever. Plus she has an adorable daughter.

Your the best too, and I'm so happy we became good friends, and we do have the cutest kids ever!!!

I'm also so happy to have such wonderful woman to chat with on here everyday and get some great help and advice!!

i have gotten great advice on the parenting board.
this board has kept me busy in times when i felt very depressed

When my grandfather went through open heart surgery in March, so many people on this site were supportive and caring.

I have been fortunate to meet many wonderful women from this board.

As Lana mentioned, me, her and Beth had dinner recently and I thought they were amazing, wonderful women.

The 05 brides are amazing and I love our GTGs and the memories we share. They were amazing during my wedding. I got through it with their support and incredible advice.

Extra love to the very awesome baghag, Pumpkin, Gail, Dooodles, BMonster, Sonia (miss you!), and LadyPrincess for always being there when I post about someting stressing me out or being upset.

Lolita has been SO helpful with any dog related issues I have had and is just the coolest person.

I love Reggie and when I met her, I fell even more in love!

Janet and DebG are true inspirations.

I had dinner w/Red and mrserod once and loved them! Also saw them at the July GTG.

EvaLuna: we haven't met but you just rock.

ssbride05: we haven't officially met in person but your advice about teaching has been invaluable to me and you are just the nicest, sweetest, sincerest person.

Though I haven't been in awhile, the Book Club ladies are wonderful to hang out with, share some laughs, and talk about books with.

And whoever I forgot...

I can't even begin to name all the wonderful mommies on parenting that have helped me out... with daycare dilemmas, pediatrician issues, etc etc.

I won't name names because I would hate to leave people out... but some of the women on here I've had the pleasure of getting to know have done wonderful things like spend hours helping me plan a family cruise because I was completely overwhelmed, given gifts to my son, given me some of the most thoughtful gifts I've ever received, offered to BABYSIT, helped me find people to work on my house, the list goes on and on...

I met my best friend Heather (missus-hbradio) on LIW and the wedding advice was a life saver many many times.

ty amd it was all true... and with the holidys coming up my life is going to be hard once again and i NEED my girls and so does deb and alex(the other bride who lost her dh) and many others who are heading into the holiday season with not much. i turn to lif (i may not post much about how i am feeling) but because i reather help someone or post silly things to help me... it really hurts to see all this going on and i really pray it stops today and people realize what the true meaning of family is, i found one here and i do not want to loss it

Being pregnant and able to share so many experiences, worries, hardships etc.... The preggo girls were always there for great advice. Now that I had my baby girl and moved onto parenting...Ive rejoined with some past preggo friends who I had some great laughs with! I feel very lucky and fortunate to be able to share my experience with people who really do care. I also love being able to throw in some advice whenever possible. I know when people are desperate and at their wits end, a little bit of info is comforting.
