Level 2 and a big BABY day...(LONG)
We only got home about an hour or so ago from a very long baby-related day...
First - Level 2 appointment at about 10:15. I say "about" because when I got there, my lovely backed-up and anemic body decided that THAT was the time I needed to do my "thing". So here I am in the doc's office, in excruciating intestinal pain. I told them to take the person whose appointment was after mine so I could have enough time to go, drink water and fill my bladder again too.
The Level 2 went well. Ed-lie Bubbles is measuring right on target. She is very healthy and moving around - tumbling and kicking - so much so that I may give her the last name "Tynes" in honor of the Giants' kicker who got them into the Superbowl. Here she is again:
THE MONEY SHOT:
Next, after the appointment, we went to Bellini just to look at baby bedding and we found something we liked:
After that, we went to look at one day care center and we really liked it a lot. We are going to think about it, look a round a lil more and probably sign up.
FINALLY, we started a preliminary registry at BBB for big ticket items. I plan on doing the rest at BRU in two weeks. DH was seriously gun happy. I think he actually had a great time!
It was a very long day, but we got a lot accomplished.

I also forgot to mention that the salesperson at Bellini showed me which bedding J-Lo got as she shopped there. Nice stuff. Not garish and over the top - semi custom made and if it were my taste, I could certainly have afforded it. It was kind of neat to see that I didn't have to be in the other half to see how the other half lives!

Thanks! Ed actually enjoyed himself, but ercognizes that clothing and feeding supplies may not be his forte. I am very excited!!!
