Actually number of posts count to me if I'm meeting up with someone. I'm not saying any one of us can create a fake identity & kill me off in a park, but I'm more cautious if someone has 3 posts & has asked for photos.
Good point, but I would still be cautious anyway. High Post count is not necessarily equal to sanity. 
This is so true...we learned that on LIW...the creepy way!
