LIF regular In hiding-I Need help!!
Ok i'm on BC. I've been taking it for a few years now and everything has been great. I plan on staying on BC for another few months before my DH and I are ready to TTC.
however, last week I missed a pill (which has happened once before) and we happened to have sex that same day.
Now the last few days I just feel really funny. Sore boobs, i had some very faint red mucus when I wiped this morning. Is it possible that i'm PG??? Or is it too early to tell being that it was only a week ago? Also do I continue to take BC? I would hate to throw off my cycle if i'm indeed NOT PG, but would feel horrible to continue taking it with the possibility that I am.
Please help i'm freaking out b/c I dont know whats going on. Since i'm on BC i never had spotting, nor have I had sore boobs.

I would continue with you BC. It is possible that you PG but a slight chance.
Did you take your pill as soon as you realized you missed it?

ok it still could be early enough before you would O. but you might have not even O'ed because it takes a while for your body to get back on track..and you only missed one pill !
im sure you are fine. when are you due to get AF again??

I doubled up the next day. I basically woke up the next morning and went "oh sh*t, I missed it!"
I'm probably just being paranoid, I just never had spotting or soreness in the few years i'm on BC so i just got scared

I would think if you doubled up immediately you should be ok. I would test in another week or so to be sure.

Anything is possible of course, but I think it's highly unlikely that you are pg- you only missed one pill and then doubled up the next day. You should be fine. The symptoms you described are probably just be related to the hormones.
