Life insurance, wills and all that fun stuff....
I must admit DH and I are way behind in this game. I guess we just don't even want to think about it 
Anyway, we are looking into doing our wills, health proxy forms and get some life insurance.
Anyone have any good recommendations for who to use for these things?

We had a lawyer do all these things plus put our stuff into a trust.
For life Insurance we went with Genworth over NY Life because we got more coverage for less money.
