Lifetime max insurance question
Does anyone know approximately how many IVF cycles you could get with a $10k lifetime max? TIA

1 .. but hopefully from the one IVF you could get frozens and then an FET is less expensive if you need to go OOP.

i think you could get 1 fresh and most of an FET.

I agree with previous posters. I had 1 Fresh and 4 FET (pg on the third). I still have some $ leftover. GL!

Totally depends on the doctor. Be sure to find out exactly how much they will bill insurance. Be very careful with this because I know people that lost of ton of their allowance like that. If you choose a doctor in network, the contracted rates will be much lower.
