light brown spotting??
i went to the bathroom b/f and when i wiped i have some very light brown spotting, very light. what could that be??

Light brown is usually old blood. I bled some light brown spotting in the first tri. As long as you feel fine and you don't have bad cramping and a lot of blood you're ok. This is normal in the first tri.

Normal....brown spotting is old blood and can be caused by numerous things. Implantation bleeding (your bean is still burrowing deep), irritated cervix or vagina.
As long as its not red and heavy with cramping its normal.

i had this for about a week on and off during my 6-7 weeks...it turned out to be okay but my dr sent me for a sono to measure growth just in case

During my last pregnancy, my ob told me to call him if I ever had any spotting. He said that red or brown didn't matter to him; he wanted to know about it.

very common this early on. I had brown spotting around 6 weeks and again at 9 weeks. As the other girls said, usually as long as it's not accompanined by severe cramping, it's fine. Drink lots of water in the meantime and relax.

thanks ladies,, soo i think i might have been seeing things b/c i went back right after and their was nothng and their is still nothing, i mean it was really faint this morning. Im just a nervous nelly lol.
