Lightheaded
I started bleeding last Tuesday. Hcg was 170 on Wednesday and 127 on Friday. Have to go back to check hcg again tomorrow, but today and yesterday I have felt so off. Very lightheaded at points and dizzy like I'm going to faint. No severe pains but slight pain here and there in pelvic area. I stopped bleeding Tuesday and it wasn't tooucj heavier than a period. Has anyone felt this way after mc?

no, the day before it started I was exhausted but my beta levels weren't as high as yours. Call your GYN if you still feel that way, and if you have difficulty breathing, or actually pass out make sure your DH knows what's going on so he can take you to ER
