Lightweight Strollers for travel/Maclaren Mommies...
Can you recommend your Maclaren stroller and why?? Or another brand...
We're going on vacation soon and I want something light and easy, that reclines and I can store stuff underneath in to scoot around the airport and the resort.
Just wondering what you all recommend. I am interested in the Maclarens....
THANKS!

Re: Lightweight Strollers for travel/Maclaren Mommies...
I don't have a MacLaren, but I would recommend my stroller- I have a Combi. I actually got the full sized Graco travel system but the stroller was so big it didn't fit in my car's trunk (yeah I know bad planning!). So we use the Combi stroller for everyday travel.
I really like the Combi, I like that it's small and lightweight, and it has a carrying strap (which was very useful when traveling by train for example, you can carry your child, the stroller and the diaper bag at once if you need to). It also reclines, which is good if your child takes a nap, and it has a 5-point harnass. And it handles pretty well for a small stroller.
The thing that I don't like it it's kind of hard to adjust the recline, especially with the baby in it. But it's not so bad.
I thought it was a good compromise, not a huge stroller but not an umbrella stroller. We've gotten a LOT of use out of it so far.
It also has a small basket underneath, but no tray other than a little tray on the side for a bottle. But maybe there are different versions out there.
Here's a pic of one similar to ours...

I have a Combi City Savvy LX. It's great for travel - very light and folds very compactly. And it has a starp that you can carry it on your shoulder. I also like it bc the handlebar is in one piece so you can steer with one hand without it wobbling all over the place.
It's pretty inexpensive too - $179

We have the Maclaren Quest Sport (I think...I always screw up whether we have the Techno or Quest, but I'm pretty sure it's the Quest ) and I don't know what we would do without that stroller!!!!! Lightweight and easy to use!
We use it way more than the Bugaboo.
