i use a sesame teriyaki marinade that is SO yummy and bake it in the oven for a while...

I spray some olive oil (or use a brush)
garlic salt
fresh cracked pepper
italian herbs (dried and sprinkled on top)
Put in broiler setting in oven.
Flip over. Do same thing to other side with oil and spices.
Broil other side

i marinate with duck sauce, soy sauce and alot of fresh garlic.
it get a crust on it when you broil it...so good.

newman makes a great marinate for steaks, or even just s&p & some garlic. set on broil
etd to say if i marinate the steak I stab the hell out of it with a fork & then pour the marinate over it
