I don't get why most of suffolk has not closed yet. Everything says stay inside. Why take kids and not know you'll be able to get them home if trees or power lines are down? Plus, it's a lot of responsibility to ask teachers to take on. Seems like a no brainer to me.
Our district is waiting to make the decision - i guess if the storm turns? I just hope they make it before going to bed.

Havent heard anything from Sayville yet, but for some reason I really feel like were always one of the last to close. Connetquot is closed Mon only, will let us know about Tues tomorrow.
