Long term BFing moms;Question about milk supply.
MY DS is 8 months old and I know that he's been nursing ALOT less lately. I used to be able to pump and get at least an once to two onces on each side. The other day I didn't get anything.
Did this happen to anyone else? What could be causing this decrease? Can my DS still be getting enough?
TIA

As he nurses less you will produce less, and it will probably get harder to pump. I'm sure your DS is getting enough milk. MY 8 month old has started nursing a lot less too, but he seems fulfilled when he's done eating so I'm sure there is enough.

There are a million things that have an impact on supply. First is the whole supply/demand - the less demand, the less supply. Add into that, diet and water consumption, sleep patterns, AF, stress, etc and you will see changes.
