I regret mine, but only b/c it didnt fit right. The stupid lady who did the alterations must have been blind.

Re: looking back, did any of you girls regret your wedding gown choice?
NO regrets. And I am still hearing compliments about it (my mom brought it to the cleaners and the man was commenting on it). Mine was two pieces also. I wasn't sure about that, but in retrospect, it made things SO easy!!!!!!

Re: looking back, did any of you girls regret your wedding gown choice?
I was married 8 years ago on the 12th. I don't regret my decision one bit. I had a brocade ballgown with not one bead and a replica Cartier crown. At the time heavy beading and lace sleeves were in. I look at my pictures and still love my gown. It was timeless. I still get compliments.

Re: looking back, did any of you girls regret your wedding gown choice?
No regrets at all! I always knew I would have an A-line gown. I never thought it would be strapless though. I fell in love with my dress before I even tried it on. I knew it was the one.

Re: looking back, did any of you girls regret your wedding gown choice?
no regrets. In fact I found my dress when I wasn't even dating DH (I was dress shopping with a friend who was getting married). Three years later I was SO happy to find out that my dress was still being made. Now in 2006 I still love it and feel it was the one for me.
Go with your heart about a wedding dress. Don't worry about tradition.

No, I searched until I knew I had tried on "the one". I felt great in it so I knew it was the dress for me. I loved it.

is that a Jim Hjelm dress?
Lazaro
Before you buy that look at Carmela Sutera. Her dresses are to DIE for and she has lots of that style. To me the Lazaro dress is a little severe in the cut. Ithink that cut would look great on you but that might be a bit much. I saw one similar to that but my 10 pounds of sausage wouldn't fit in that 5 pound bag!

I love the dress you picked, especially the detail on the back! The mermaid style is getting popular again, and I think its one of the prettiest styles. If you love that dress, then go for it, you won't regret wearing a dress you love.

That dress is gorgeous!
I dont regret my choice one bit. Of course after I bought it I second guessed myself but I am glad I went with my gut. It was the perfect price and perfect style for me.
As a side note, there might be a style that you are totally against but it may look good on you. In turn you might have your heart set on a certain look and then it ends up not looking right. Be open minded, take your time and have fun!
GREAT TASTE MISSUSHBRADIO!!!!!!!
This was my dress as well I still love today as I did on the dAy of my wedding!

Re: looking back, did any of you girls regret your wedding gown choice?
I just wanted to say that dress is BEAUTIFUL. I absolutely love it!
eta: I had a similar shaped gown and I would not change my mind at all (that's pretty unusual for me LOL).
