looking for 1 bdr rental north shore nassau county or western suffolk
I'm helping out a friend. She's in Huntington right now and would like to stay near that area but she needs to be out of her current rental next month so I'm sure she's flexible if you know of a rental in other locations. TIA!
eta: she has a small shih tzu so it also must be dog friendly

Bil has a basement rental in the Village of Farmingdale close to main st and route 110, tenants are moving out soon

I have passed a small ranch for rent on Little Plains Rd...on Huntington/Greenlawn border.
I don't know details, but maybe it works?
