Nursery scchools on North Shore of Nassau County
Hello all, I pretty much lurk around here, recently moved to the northwest portion of Nassau county with DH and 1 yr old DD. I love reading all of the advice you ladies give, and now I have a question of my own! Our DD will be 2 by next September, and we are looking for a good toddler program to enroll her in, 2 days a week for 2 or so hours a day. I have researched some area nursery schools and was wondering if anyone had any experience with any of the following: Buckley Country Day School- Roslyn Child's World Nursery School- Port Washington Friends Together nursery School- Port Washington Growing Tree Nursery School- Roslyn North Shore Nursery School- Manhasset The Outlook School- Manhasset Robin Hood Country Day School- Brookville Roslyn Trinity Co-Op- Roslyn St. Peter of Alcantara- Port Washington Pierce Country Day School- Roslyn
Thanks in advance!! I really appreciate it!

Thanks! I will have to give them a call tomorrow. I have heard through other moms in our Little Gym class, that some of the more popular nursery schools are already full for next september! Is that even possible? I didn't even consider looking until March or April until I heard that!

too funny, I went to Child's World when I was a preschooler! From what I was told my mom said I liked it
not sure about all areas but where I am now some schools have a waiting list of 2+ yrs. Certainly not all, but some do! It's a bit insane IMO. Where I sent Emily, we just had to sign her up the Fall prior to when she would begin school.
