I make a chunky salsa with pretty much no liquid.
This is when I know I've become my mother. I don't measure when I make mine. I just deseed and chop up some really ripe tomatoes, 1/4 red onion, cilantro and pour lime juice over it. If it is just DH and I, I will dice super finely a tiny hot pepper. I wrap saran over the bowl and let it rest. If I really want a lot, I will add a few ears of raw corn.
