looking for an easy cheesecake recipe
i'll be baking for a birthday, in a couple of weeks. i know the birthday girl loves cheesecake, but i've never made one.
can someone suggest an easy cheesecake recipe... thanks!

Even easier is their 1-2-3 Cheesecake recipe because you bake it in a pre-made crust and don't have to bother with a springform pan. I make them a lot and they always turn out.

No bake cheesecake-
tub of cool whip
bar of cream cheese
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup sugar
ready made pie crust
Mix together, pour in crust and chill
