Looking for some new Pork Chop recipes..
Need some new ways of cooking besides me always frying them..lol. We love the fried and even Baked but want something new and fresh..Any new recipies greatly appreciated!!

Mix together some olive oil, dijon mustard and rosemary sprigs. Spread them over both sides of the pork chops. Cook them on the stove top in a little bit of butter over med heat. MMMMMM!!!

I just found this on allrecipes.com:
Cola Pork Chops 1 cup ketchup 1 cup Cola-flavored carbonated beverage 2 tablespoons brown sugar 8 pork chops salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Mix together ketchup, cola and brown sugar. 3. Place pork chops into a baking pan and pour cola mixture over, coating well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 4. Bake for about one hour depending on the thickness of the pork chop.
I have not tried it yet, but the reviews sounded great. Some people posted that they seasoned the pork chops with garlic powder or onion powder and browned them first.
