Looks like no gym this week
I feel guilty, but on Monday I fell hard on my knee and it's badly bruised. I don't want to take any chances.
I still want to have a loss for this week, so any tips? I am limiting carbs (am on South Beach), drinking a ton of water, and also green tea. Is there anything else I should be adding to my diet this week to make up for no gym?

Can you do things at the gym that don't require your legs? Like a pilates/abs class, doing weight work with just your arms at machines where you can sit down, etc.
