Los Angeles... face coverings
The mayor is giving his daily news conference and stated that, starting Friday, if you are not wearing a face covering, an essential business can refuse you service.
I like.

Los Angeles... face coverings
My in laws have a house in the poconos and have been quarantining there. Their little podunk grocery store is requiring both masks and a temperature scan prior to entering or they deny you. I wish they would be stricter here!

The temp scan is great, but after reading a Long Island group thread about symptoms of people that actually tested positive, many don't even have a fever. They have very mild, cold like symptoms. Or gastro symptoms. And the reason they were all tested was either due to exposure or their job (as per the postings I've been reading).

I like.
I like the idea in theory, but I think that it also puts many people at a disadvantage. Masks have been scarce lately! In order to truly enforce this, they should provide everyone with a mask.

it doesn't have to be a "mask." it is a face covering. it can be a scarf, a buff, a mask, a handkerchief, etc. so long as you are doing something to help keep your own droplets from getting out so far out away from your body.
