anyone experience this? why does this happen? is it good? which is better?

My weight loss has slowed down significantly but clothes continue to loosen. Muscle gain+Fat loss=no weight gain or loss BUT smaller clothing size. I'm happy enough since I don't want to lose anymore except 2lbs maybe.
